RevoŽ BELT Conveyor System
A professional bag closing conveyor system
built around the RevoŽ RC Series sewing head.
The system features a conveyor system with speed of upto 20 metres per minute.
The sewing head is controlled using a powerful electromagnetic clutch
brake combination to ensure prompt run stop response from the press or
release of the electric foot pedal.
The screw lead inside the pillar is fully enclosed from dust. Rotating the
wheel requires minimum effort to adjust the height of the sewing head from
250mm to 1000mm from the conveyor belt. Pillar with optional drive motor
is also available to control sewing head height using an up/down electric
switch.
Low speed electric motor (940rpm, 3 Phase) for operating the conveyor belt
produces enormous torque to carry several filled bags placed on
the conveyor at the same time with ease.
Two row double chainstitch can be used on flat paper,hessian, jute
and PVC bags and where a folded or pleated paper sack is used, we
recommend the use of single needle stitching.
RevoŽ BELT conveyor system is also available with specification as given
by the customer and can also be used with other conveyor sewing heads.
RevoŽ Slat Conveyor System
RevoŽ presents a rugged bag closing slat
conveyor system built to provide reliable performance for years. The
system features a slat conveyor with high production speed (adjustable) of
20 upto metres per minute.
Two row double chainstitch can be used on flat paper,hessian, jute
and PVC bags and where a folded or pleated paper sack is used, we
recommend the use of single needle stitching.
The counter weight inside the pillar ensures minimum stress on operator
when using the wheel to adjust the height of the sewing head from 200mm
upto 1000mm. Low speed electric motor (940rpm, 3 phase) for operating the
slat conveyor produces enough pulling power to carry several number of
filled bags placed on conveyor at the same time with minimum effort. Low
ratio gearbox consisting of accurately machined and hardened gears, is
immersed in high grade gear oil for minimum operation noise and smooth
running.
RevoŽ SLAT Conveyor system is also available with specification as given
by the customer.
